NAFTA TN Visa Application for Scientific Technician/Technologist: Document Checklist
Under NAFTA, a TN Professional Work Visa allows professional scientific technicians who are citizens of Canada or Mexico to get a United States temporary work visa to work for a U.S. employer in over 60 job categories. A TN visa is typically issued up to 3 years but can be renewed.
