NAFTA TN Visa Application for Scientific Technician/Technologist: Document Checklist

• Updated passport identification page

• Updated Resume/CV (including description of work experience and education)

• 2-3 reference letters attesting to your consulting activities/expertise

• Copies of degrees, diplomas, certificates and transcripts. For this category you must have a 2 year diploma (at least) in a relevant field

• Copy of job description

• Copy of offer of employment / employment contracts

• Copies of any Professional Certificates

• Documents for a degreed professional who you will be working with directly.

• Marriage certificate (if applicable)

• Your spouse\'s passport (if applicable)

• Degreed Professional (such as an Engineer) Must Provide:

• Passport Identification Page

• Copy of document showing they have a degree
