• Medications & medical records in a Ziploc bag

• 5 day supply of food & water for each pet

• Copy of your pet\'s ID tag info

• Leash, harness and muzzle

• Food bowls, can opener if needed for canned food

• Sheets and towels for bedding

• Crate or carrier for transporting your pet

• Disposable litter pan and cat litter

• Current photos & descriptions of your pet in case you get separated

• A favorite toy to help alleviate the pet\'s stress

• Flea & tick treatment

• Current microchip info

• List of pet-friendly hotels and boarding facilities

• Liquid dish soap, disinfectant

• Newspaper, paper towels, trash bags

• pet First Aid kit: tweezers, gauze, hydrogen peroxide, q-tips, bandages, saline eye wash, antibiotic ointment, scissors, elastic tape
