How to activate the "Abandoned orders" feature

• Create 2 follow-up lists

• Name the first "_your product name here_ Abandoned"

• Name the first "_your product name here_ Customers

• Check the box "Enable abandoned orders handling" inside the Package\'s record

• In "Send a message after N hours" type a number

• Type a Subject; eg. Did you forget something?

• Type your message; eg. I see you did not complete your order. You can always visit the sales letter at _the URL of your sales letter here_

• Check the box "Include to a Follow-Up list"
