Spring Cleaning Checklist

• Clean windows

• Wipe baseboards

• Clean doormat

• Organize shoes

• Clean the stove and oven

• Clean microwave

• Clean fridge + tidy up any magnets/notes

• Clean out cupboards, discarding anything expired

• Donate any non-perishables that haven\'t expired

• Dust the tops of any high surfaces (i.e. Microwave, hanging light fixtures, etc)

• Clean windowsills

• Shampoo rugs or carpet

• Discard expired personal care products and makeup

• Clean makeup brushes

• Clean vanity and mirrors

• Clean the sinks

• Clean the shower

• Clean the toilet

• Donate any unused clothing

• Organize your closets

• Wash bedding

• Wash any blankets and pillows around the house

• Dust lamp shades

• Sanitize any plastic kids toys

• Donate unused toys, board games, puzzles, etc

• Recycle unneeded paperwork

• Dust bookshelf

• Dust electronics

• Disinfect keyboards, mouse, phones, etc

• Replace batteries in smoke detectors

• Clean air vents/registers

• Sanitize door handles

• Sanitize light switches

• Sanitize buttons, dials, knobs and/or handles on microwave, fridge, oven, faucets, drawers, thermostat, etc

• Replace light bulbs as needed

• Vacuum under beds and mats

• Dust ceiling fans

• Clean under couches and armchairs

• Vacuum under couch and armchair cushions
